Terms and refund policy
NOTICE: By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms as a binding contract.
1. Right of withdrawal
As this leisure event has a fixed date and capacity, purchases are final under Article 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
2. Attendee force majeure
Unexpected circumstances affecting an attendee do not override the no-refund clause because infrastructure is booked according to ticket sales.
3. Ticket transfers
You may transfer a ticket by emailing us from the original address at least 72 hours in advance with the new holder's full details. A €5 fee may apply.
4. Cancellation or changes
If the organiser permanently cancels the event, the face value will be refunded. Date changes provide a 14-day refund request period.
5. Right of admission
Purchase implies acceptance of venue and Play! Pokémon rules. Violent or unsporting conduct may result in removal without a refund.
